Frequently asked questions

Updated at: 13 June 2026

Pricing, the free plan, migration, leave, AI reports, and security — the questions teams ask before switching to Timvora.

Is Timvora really free?

Yes. Timvora is free for up to 5 users with every feature included and no credit card required. The free plan is permanent — it is not a time-limited trial.

Do any features get locked as my team grows?

No. Every plan ships every feature — weekly timesheets, leave and capacity, approvals, AI reports, SSO, and reporting. Price scales only with headcount, never by feature tier.

What happens when I add a 6th user?

You move from Free to the Starter plan automatically based on active employee count. Paid plans begin with a 1-month free trial, so the first payment is only due after that month.

How much does Timvora cost?

Free for up to 5 users. Starter is Rs. 1,499/month for 6 to 14 users. Growth is Rs. 2,999/month for 15 to 30 users. Diamond is Rs. 99 per employee/month for 31+ users. Every tier includes all features.

Can I import my Clockify or Toggl data?

Yes, for free. Export your data to Excel, adjust a few column headings, and import your clients, projects, and full timesheet history in minutes. Switching is an afternoon, not a project.

Does Timvora handle leave as well as time tracking?

Yes. Leave and region-aware public holidays live in the same system as timesheets, so capacity = working days − leave − holidays is always accurate, with ledger-backed balances and multi-level approvals.

What are the AI reports?

Ask questions about your own timesheet, leave, and project data in plain English — for example, "which projects went over budget this quarter?" — and get charts and tables back. It is provider-agnostic (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) and adds auto-generated Weekly Pulse and Executive Brief insights.

Does Timvora support single sign-on (SSO)?

Yes. Timvora supports SSO with Google Workspace and Azure AD, either through a zero-setup platform default or your own app registration (bring-your-own).

How does timesheet approval work?

Weekly timesheets move through DRAFT → SUBMITTED → APPROVED → LOCKED. Managers approve in one click or reject with a comment, and approved weeks lock to read-only.

Is my data secure?

Every company is tenant-isolated, every state-changing action is recorded in an audit log with before/after snapshots, and access is role-based across Admin, Manager, and Employee.
