This policy explains billing, trial, payable timing, and refund eligibility for Timvora SaaS subscriptions.

How Billing Works

  • Each company admin gets a 1-month trial from subscription creation.
  • When the trial period ends, the bill becomes payable based on active employee count.
  • Plan tier auto-updates based on employee slab at billing time.
  • All plans include the same features; only price changes by employee count.

Refund Eligibility

  • Once a due invoice is paid, the amount is non-refundable.
  • No refund is provided for plan usage, partial billing periods, or already settled dues.
  • Refund exceptions apply only if required by applicable law.

Pricing Slabs Covered Under This Policy

Free: Rs. 0 for up to 5 employees
Starter: Rs. 1,499 for 6 to 14 employees
Growth: Rs. 2,999 for 15 to 30 employees
Diamond: Rs. 99 per employee for 31+ employees

Payment Disputes & Corrections

  • If a duplicate charge or technical payment error occurs, contact support from the Contact Us section.
  • Verified billing errors may be corrected through adjustment or credit as applicable.
  • Timvora may revise this policy, and the latest version will always show the updated date above.
