These Terms govern use of Timvora by all companies and users. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these conditions.

Account & Access

  • Each company must provide accurate company and admin information during onboarding.
  • Admins are responsible for user management, credentials, and lawful usage of employee data.
  • Timvora may restrict edit access when billing remains unpaid as per subscription rules.

Billing & Subscription

  • Every new admin receives a 1-month trial period from subscription creation date.
  • When the trial period ends, billing becomes payable based on active employee count.
  • Plan tier is auto-adjusted based on employee count thresholds.
  • Paid dues are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Service Conditions

  • Subscription, billing cycle, payment status, and access enforcement are managed through Timvora billing workflows.
  • When a company account is suspended due to unresolved dues, certain user actions may be restricted until settlement.
  • Timvora may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions are published on this page with a revised update date.
